Mindy Gibson

Mindy is a dedicated public servant, small business owner, wife, and mother of three, with a long-standing commitment to improving her local community and Florida as a whole. As a proud resident of Satellite Beach, she has spent the last eight years as an elected Councilwoman, tirelessly working to maintain the city's small-town feel, prioritizing safety and community well-being through innovative programs and volunteer initiatives in collaboration with First Responders and the Recreation Department.

Mindy has been a leading voice in supporting key initiatives, including the protection of Home Rule, promoting green energy solutions, improving lagoon health, and enhancing local athletics. Her vision for her community has driven her advocacy locally, and led her to being a leading statewide advocate for local government in Tallahassee.

Mindy's experience interacting with government as a concerned citizen, local elected official, and statewide advocate led to other local governments and businesses - inside and outside of Florida - asking her to advise them on how best to achieve their goals as they pertain to working with government.

With her time in public service coming to a close, Mindy joined CSG in the fall of 2024 to serve as a strategic advisor to local governments and CSG's roster of clients that provide innovative government solutions.

Mindy continues to reside in her home town of Satellite Beach with her husband Mike, and three daughters.
